From the date of purchase, Apple products are covered by a one-year international Apple Limited Warranty. According to the Iraq Ministry of Commerce and Investment, customers in Iraq receive an additional year of coverage.

- For identification purposes, we require an original, valid ID.
- A current mobile/telephone number.
- Proof of Purchase should include the following information: device serial number, product name, date, customer name, and seller name.
- Any Signed In passwords should be removed.
Backup your data

Find My iPhone must be temporarily disabled in order to service your iOS device. You must know your Apple ID and Password in order to disable Find My iPhone.
Apple cannot provide support if you are unable to turn off Find My iPhone. This policy is in place to prevent unauthorized individuals from servicing your device without your consent. If you have forgotten your Apple ID or password, please visit iForgot.
Update your software

- The original copy of the Service Form must be presented when picking up your unit.
- The diagnosis can take up to three business days. The delivery time is estimated to be 7 to 14 business days, depending on the availability of spare parts.
- Al-Bawasil International is not liable for any data loss. For diagnosis, all data must be erased and the operating system/iOS must be reinstalled. Please back up your data, remove any sensitive personal information, and disable all security passwords before visiting us.
- In the event that unauthorized service or non-genuine parts are discovered (e.g., “non-original display”), the company will not be liable for any damage that occurs during diagnosis and may be unable to return the device to the same condition in which it was received from the customer.

- Please ensure that the Activation Lock (iCloud/Find My iPhone) on iOS devices is deactivated before delivering to service. We will not accept any device that has Find My iPhone turned on.
- FMI – Find My iPhone (iCloud) deactivation service is not provided by the service center; if you require assistance, please contact AppleCare Call Center at Appel Support
- The maximum number of units accepted per appointment is one. Please schedule another appointment if you need to deliver more units.
- Al-Bawasil International is not responsible for any accessories that have already been installed on devices, such as screen protectors.
- You will not be able to make any claims against the unit if it is not collected within 30 days of notification or 90 days from the date on the service form.
- According to Apple, defective Products must be repaired by an Apple authorized service center or the warranty is void and Apple will not be liable for any warranty, compensation, reimbursement, claims, or damages that may arise from an unauthorized service center. - If the product is under warranty, inspection and diagnosis will be free
- In the event that the product is out of warranty, pricing services should be negotiated with the relevant technical team
- The software and operating systems of the products are not under warranty, so the customer is obligated to pay a fee
